📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently deliver only within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor delivery progress.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
At this time, pixvnor.com ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, but we may expand our delivery areas in the future.

🔍 How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. You can use this link at any time to view real-time updates from the courier.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept?

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Although we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. 🔁 Can I return my helmet?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the helmet is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can assist you with the return process.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect helmet?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@pixvnor.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.

Yes. Our helmets are designed for daily and recreational use, combining safety, comfort, and style. Care instructions may vary by product, so we recommend checking the product details for best results.
